Brexit

We cannot issue our first newsletter after 23 June 2016 without mentioning Brexit.

On 23 June the people of the united Kingdom voted by a small margin to leave the European Union after over 40 years of membership. The implications of this decision cannot begin to be ascertained.

We report in these newsletters on changes in the law that might affect you - not changes that may not happen. The uncertainty around the Brexit decision means that there is little concrete information available about such wide ranging issues as immigration, the free movement of people, cross border trade, ex pats living in the EU - the list goes on. As our laws are changed in the coming months and years we will report on the issues that affect you and how we can help.
